Pipe Fitter Jobs is a search portal for job postings researched by our staff. Because of the protected nature of these listings, you must agree to the following terms in order to subscribe:

Pipe Fitter Jobs Service Agreement

The Pipe Fitter Jobs Service Agreement is a separate agreement between Pipe Fitter Jobs and all customers. Please make sure you are in agreement with the following points and conditions, as well as our service agreement (in its entirety) before signing up for or using Pipe Fitter Jobs’ services. Contact our support department for any clarifications.

Job Search Service

Pipe Fitter Jobs is a job search service. In order to gain access to our listings, you will purchase a subscription. While the subscription is active, you may login and search for as
many jobs as you wish. We strive for frequent updates to the job postings, but do not guarantee new jobs each day, week or month because these are strictly out of our control.

You will sign up using a recurring billing system with PayPal. This system will automatically rebill you for another subscription of similar length at the current price if you have
not canceled your subscription prior to the renewal date. The renewal date is calculated as the date you sign up, plus the length of your subscription in days. For example, if you signup on January 1st for a 3 month subscription, your account will be re-billed on March 31st (3 months after the signup), for another 3 months.

Job Guarantees

Pipe Fitter Jobs posts data from employers with whom you will attempt to gain employment. We do not guarantee that you will gain employment simply by using our service to find jobs that match your interests. Similarly, we are not responsible for false, misleading, or incorrect job posting information that may appear on our site as we are only posting information given to us by employers, who are ultimately responsible for this information.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because Pipe Fitter Jobs is a subscription-based service for access to job listings, we cannot issue refunds for initial subscriptions. Once you sign up, you have gained access to our protected product listings without any recourse for us to “take it back” if you decide you want a refund. These listings are considered our intellectual property and our service is all about providing you access to jobs no one else has listed.

Please understand that we are trying to make a living as well and are charging you a fair price for our research time and site maintenance. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be given for initial subscriptions due to buyers remorse. Other refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All services provided by Pipe Fitter Jobs may be used for lawful purposes only. Use of this service for transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Plumbers Jobs from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

Website Abuse

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Pipe Fitter Jobs server or customer of Pipe Fitter  Jobs is strictly prohibited.

Sharing of Logins

You will be asked to create a login and pay for your search subscription. This login is created solely for your purposes. Sharing of logins is strictly prohibited. We have sophisticated IP address
detection mechanisms in our site software. If we find a single login being used by multiple computers, we will suspend your subscription and ban your IP address from use at this website.

Pipe Fitter Jobs will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of these two provisions. Customers found in violation of this provision will be subject to account suspension without refund.

Failure to Follow Policies

Failure to fully comply with these terms is grounds for account suspension (with or without refund, subject to Pipe Fitter Jobs’ discretion).

We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice. If we deactivate your account or jobs for violating policy, you will forfeit your rights to a refund. No refunds for advanced payment. Our normal policy is a warning first, and account suspension the second offense, but no warning is required.
